Document Signing

What file types are supported for signing?
We support all PDF documents for signing.
How long does it take for a document to be processed?
Most documents are processed within a few seconds. Larger files may take up to a minute.

Can I use SignRig on mobile?

How do I request a signature?
To request a signature, upload your document, add the recipient's email address, and click 'Send'. The recipient will receive an email with a link to sign the document. Or copy the secure share link and share if you prefer. Once they sign, you'll be notified and can download the signed document.
Can I send documents to multiple signers?
Yes, SignRig supports multi-signer documents. You can add multiple recipients and collect signatures from all required signers efficiently.
Can I control the order in which people sign?
Yes, you can choose between sequential signing (where signers receive the document in a specific order) or parallel signing (where all signers can sign simultaneously).
How do reminders work?
You can manually send reminders to pending signers from your dashboard. For sequential signing, SignRig automatically notifies the next signer in the sequence after the previous signer has completed their signature.
Where are my completed documents stored?
All completed documents are securely stored in your SignRig account for future reference and retrieval. You can access them anytime from your dashboard.
Can I track document progress?
Yes, SignRig provides complete audit logs that track every action on your documents, including when they were sent, opened, and signed. This ensures transparency and legal compliance.
